Safeguarding & Under-18 Policy

This platform teaches young people. That carries duties that come before product considerations.

Under-18 accounts

Registrants who declare they are under 18 must supply a parent or guardian email. We send a consent request to that address. Until consent is recorded the account can learn and earn rank, but cannot post publicly or join a class.

Expectations of teaching faculty

• Keep contact with students on the platform. No private channels.
• Never ask a student for personal contact details, images or location.
• Report a concern immediately through the reporting path. Do not attempt to resolve a safeguarding matter privately.
• Student work belongs to the student. Do not republish it without written permission.

Reporting a concern

Write to abuse@psp.cam. If a young person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Moderation

Staff can mute, suspend or close an account. Every action is recorded in an audit log with the actor, the reason and the time. Authority is tiered: nobody may act on an account at or above their own tier, which prevents a compromised moderator account from damaging the ones above it.
